Integrated Brushless Servo System

This fully integrated fly-by-wire electronic controller, high-efficiency brushless DC motor, and two-stage planetary gearbox can open and close hoppers, valves, and other equipment. It also can steer AGVs, fork trucks, and powerboats and can raise and lower antennas or other devices. Intended for battery-powered equipment, it can be mounted in any orientation. The fully integrated brushless servo system covers operating voltages from 24 to 48 VDC, measures 7.3 in. long x 3.2 in. wide x 5.4 in. high, provides 35 to 235 Nm peak torque (depending upon model), and uses the CANopen communications protocol. The control complies with worldwide electric vehicle standards for use as a power steering system. The gear ratio, coupling, and mounting designs can be customer specified, and the gearbox uses straight and helical gears and is fully greased for quiet operation. Pricing starts from $300 (list) each, depending upon quantity.
