Tiny Liquid Solenoid Diaphragm Metering Pump

The solenoid-driven FMM20 OEM micro-diaphragm liquid pump is designed to dispense factory-set volumes of 20 l/stroke and is field-adjustable from 5 to 25 l/stroke. Boasting quiet operation, long life, and flow-tight in both directions, it offers a choice of manifold mounting, hose barbs, and threaded ports. Material choices include PP/EPDM, PP/FFPM, or PVDF/FFPM. The pump can be installed in any position close to the desired pumping function. It is self-priming, requires no tubing maintenance, can run dry, and is designed for transfer and metering functions. In addition, pumps built to NSF/ANSI Standard 169 are available. All standard pumps can be customized to meet OEM requirements. Low current and power consumption make the pump suitable for mobile, battery-powered applications, but it’s also appropriate for use in analytical instruments, chemical ink-jet printers, and fuel cells as well as dispensing for a variety of devices. Prototype quantities are available.
