Electronic Metering Pumps

The Tacmina PZ Series of electronic metering pumps boasts powerful control options and a wide range of sizes and pressures from 1 to 1,300 ml/min at pressures up to 220 psi. The pump’s flow rate and accuracy are unaffected by fluctuations in voltage; it will operate any single-phase voltage from 94 to 264 VAC. Units are available in manual control, external input, and programmable models. Models PZD-32/52 and all PZiG Models have built-in calibration and allow accurate direct entry of feed rate in ml/min. A Flow Checker is available to measure flow on the smaller models. All control features are on board every programmable model pump —including pH control and residual chlorine control — without requiring a separate PID controller. The PZiG Models offer flow rates to 20 GPH, and viscosity of up to 4,000 cps can be achieved on larger models.
