Temperature-Controlled Pump Head

The CSC-WT temperature-controlled pump head is for process dispensing and metering applications. The pump head provides true temperature control of the company’s pumps and is useful for maintaining fluid temperatures in reactor feed, pilot plant, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food, lab, industrial, and process applications. The pump head will accept two standard 1/4-in. x 1-in. electric cartridge heaters and a thermocouple for maximum temperature control. Temperature control can range up to 350°F (180°C) depending on various factors. The pump head also includes an isolation gland for applications having air-sensitive fluids. It is compatible with all the company’s drives and will deliver from 0.03 to 1.2 cc/dispense or from 0 to 1,200 cc/minute continuous metering at an accuracy of 1 percent or better.
