Electric Cabinet Oven

Model No. 944 is a 750°F electrically heated cabinet oven currently used for sintering operations. Workspace dimensions measure 44 in. W x 30 in. D x 60 in. H. Thirty kilowatts of Incoloy-sheathed tubular heating elements heat the oven, while a 2,000-cfm two-horsepower recirculating blower provides horizontal airflow to the workload. The cabinet oven features 6-in. insulated walls, aluminized steel exterior, Type 430 stainless steel interior, and four independent doors that measure 20 in. W x 28 in. H for easy access to the workspace. Eight removable loading pans are provided for each door compartment for 32 pans total. The oven has a digital indicating temperature controller, manual reset excess temperature controller with separate contactors, and a 10-in.-diameter circular chart recorder. In addition, four timers, each with a pilot light and door interlock, are included to time the heating process individually in each compartment.
