BEIJING (AP) - The ceiling at a chemical plant in southwest China collapsed today, killing 11 workers and leaving one person trapped under rubble, according to state media. The accident occurred at the Jian Feng Chemical Co. factory in the southwestern city of Chongqing, Xinhua News Agency says.
