Eastman Board Declares Dividend

KINGSPORT, Tenn., May 6, 2010 – The board of directors of Eastman Chemical Company (NYSE:EMN) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.44 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable July 1, 2010, to stockholders of record as of June 14, 2010.
